Acceptance of Terms
By using AR Sketch Drawing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Description of Service
AR Sketch Drawing provides image templates, and related creative features. The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without notice.
Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the App ("Premium" or "PRO" features) are available via an auto-renewing subscription (e.g., Weekly or Monthly plans).
- Free Trial — Subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.
- Auto-Renewal — Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation — You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Refunds — All charges are processed by Google Play. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play support and are subject to their refund policies.
User-Generated Content
You retain all ownership rights to the artwork, drawings, and images you create using AR Sketch Drawing ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App's features to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and trace any third-party images.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Create, trace, or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App's services or subscription mechanisms.
- Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property
All code, design, graphics, templates provided within the App, and trademarks associated with AR Sketch Drawing are the exclusive property of AR Sketch Drawing and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Sketch Drawing and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, or from any loss of data or artwork.
